No, you are not obliged. If you decide not to register you could however order on the website laikly.com: you just need to communicate only the data necessary for order management, invoicing and shipment with no obligation to register on the website!

• IF I DON'T LIKE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT, CAN I RETURN IT ?

Yes sure, you can express the right of withdrawal within 10 (ten) working days from goods reception date. Please follow the instructions contained in RETURNS AND REFUNDS section on our website to have all information about making a return. Attention: withdrawal will not have effectiveness, and so Laikly will not proceed with the refund of possible amount already paid, if product is returned without following the indications that are contained in the section above mentioned and in particular if product is returned devoid of warranty seal or with broken, damaged or not fixed seal. The warranty seal is constituted by a white plastic band with a progressive identification number. This seal is very important for us! His presence indicates that the product has never been used from none other before and allows us to guarantee our Clients maximum product entirety and quality. 

• HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FROM ORDER CONFIRMATION TIME TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED ?

If product is immediately available you will receive it within 2/3 days after order forwarding with express courier. If product is available within 3/5 days you will receive it within 5/8 days from order forwarding time (considering days necessary to make the shipment with courier). Instead if product is available upon order, Customer Service will contact you to communicate estimated shipment date, once you have sent the order. In all these cases we refer to working days: every days of the week, excepted Saturday, Sunday and public holiday days. Furthermore at shipment time Laikly's Customer Service will send an email with shipment tracking number: it is a number that identify every single shipment in unambiguous way and permits you to check where is your shipment and to know within how many days you will receive the goods, contacting nearest courier branch by phone or going to courier website to check shipment status by putting in the tracking number in the dedicated area. Practically you will be always updated on delivery!

• IN MY ORDER THERE ARE SOME PRODUCTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE AND SOME PRODUCTS THAT ARE AVAILABLE WITHIN 3/5 WORKING DAYS, WHEN WILL BE THE SHIPMENT DONE?

All orders that contain products “available” and products “available in 3/5 working days” will be dispatched according to shipping times of the latters.

• WHAT IS THE WISHLIST ?

The wishlist is a very useful easy tool that we decide to offer to our Clients to help them go shopping on Laikly: in the Wishlist you could put all the products that catch your attention, in other words all the products of Your Desires! The list is not a shopping bag (cart) and so items that you decide to put in will not be object of an order until You decide! In every moment you could add other products contained on the website, you could consult them or delete them, they will remain stored until you want! You can compare them and take your time to decide which is the one that you prefer! In this area of the website you could create Your personal Wishlist simply register and decide email and password for the access. You can add to the list all that you like by clicking on "Add to the wishlist" button that you find in the page of every product. Insertion of a product in the Wishlist do not give the right to reserve it waiting for a possible order confirmation.

• HOW CAN I LEAVE A FEEDBACK ?

After two/three weeks from goods' shipment day you will receive an email with a link that you can click to accede to a page of Laikly's website where you can leave a comment, answer to a quick questionnaire (three questions with closed answer where we ask you to cast a vote from 5 to 0, wherein 5 dots is the maximum vote and 0 dots is the minimum vote) and recommend Laikly to a friend. It is absolutely not obligatory to leave a feedback! If you decide to do it, we will really appreciate because you will permit us to improve our work!

• WHICH KIND OF WIG DO YOU SUGGEST ME TO BUY IF I AM HAVING A MEDICAL THERAPY ?

Definitely a synthetic fibre wig. The period of use of a wig in case of post- chemotherapy is usually about six months/one year. Synthetic fibre wigs are immediately ready to be worn and no need to be styled! They are easy and practical to use: after the washing they come back styled by itself perfectly without using of hair dryer, comb or hair straightener. The prices of synthetic fibre wigs usual are lower than human hair wigs.

• CAN I DEDUCT THE EXPENSE FOR WIG PURCHASE ?

In Italy the purchase of a wig is included among medical expenses that a person can deduct on the condition that both following requirements are respected:

- wig must have a declaration of compliance that attests his suitability to the use as medical device for health purposes (Directive 93/42/CEE). Laikly.com marks in the specific product technical file with the writing "TAX DEDUCTIBLE" items equipped with this declaration of compliance;   

- wig must face an aesthetic damage due to a pathology and if it can be a support to a condition of psychological inconvenience in everyday life (certified by a doctor).

At the moment, in case that a wig is object of a tax allowance, a deduction of 19% on wig's cost is expected, by exhibiting on the individual income tax return the purchase invoice of the wig together with compliance declaration of the product and certification of a specialist attesting that the patient is having a series of therapies or medical documentation attesting the particular therapy to which the patient is subject to. You can consult the information note by clicking on the writing "TAX DEDUCTIBLE" that is contained in the technical file of wigs that have these features.

Disadvantages: style has to be recreated every time that you wash your wig

Every wig shown on laikly.com is realised using materials that guarantee to the product lightness, maximum perspiration, duration, comfort and handiness. Every detail is studied and well-groomed with precision during the construction of the internal cap and in the choice of synthetic fibre or human hair. There are different types of cap depending on how hair are fixed and tied on it. On our website you can find 4 types of manufacture:

• HOW DO I PUT ON A WIG ?

It is really easy!

The quality of the product and the construction study of each wig permit to wear it quickly with simple gestures. First time that you wear a wig, it may seem a little bit strange, as it happens furthermore for every new product or every new experience a person try, but it is enough to remember a couple of gestures and tricks and everything will become soon natural and familiar!

> If you have a synthetic fibre wig, first of all, shake it head down lightly, holding it with a hand on the side of the nape and with the other hand on the front side. This will help to give volume to the wig (avoid to do it if you have a human hair wig that has just been styled). Now your hairstyle is ready!
> See that the back side is in front of your eyes.
> Hold the wig and, taking it by the two sideburns, put it on as a hat keeping the front side very low near to the eyebrows and then raise it little by little as you finish to wear it. The wig will be accurately positioned if there are about 7/8 cm between the eyebrows and the beginning of the cap. 
> Turn up the nape side slightly so that all locks left under the cap can come out.
> Check that the two sideburns are at the same height and that ears are not covered under the cap of your wig.
> Check that sideburns are inwards-facing.
> If you have a synthetic fibre wig, set fringe, locks and tufts as you like with a tail comb or with your fingers.

Here is some trick to avoid the "wig" effect and have the maximum naturalness:
- do not keep wig front side too much low because it hides your forehead
- adjust sideburns' height if you see that one is higher than the other
- leave some hair locks on the forehead
- if your wig has fringe, avoid to open it in half as a "curtain" and avoid to keep all locks behind the ears
- leave some hair locks at sideburns' height in front to the ears in order to give more naturalness
- don't brush/smooth too much the wig but leave it with a natural/uncombed style

• WHAT CAN I DO FOR THE CARE AND THE MAINTENANCE OF MY WIG ?

To preserve the bright, soft and natural appearance of your wig we suggest you to follow the instructions below concerning care and maintenance. Wig has to be washed around every one or two weeks, if you often use it. If you have a human hair wig and the cut is medium/long we suggest you to employ a conditioner. In the "Accessories" section you can find specific products for washing, care and maintenance of human hair and synthetic fibre wigs.

If the wig is realised with SYNTHETIC fibre please proceed to wash it as follows:
> Brush it with a large-tooth comb with gentleness before you wash it.
> Prepare a basin or fill up the washbasin with COLD water.
> Add a small quantity of shampoo for synthetic fibre and make the water foam.
> Immerse the wig completely and leave it to soak for approximately 5/6 minutes massaging the hair delicately with the fingers, without wrinkle and shake.
> After that, take the wig out of the water and rinse it well with COLD water without wring out. If available, you can use a shower head to rinse the wig.
> Repeat washing and rinsing a second time as above described. 
To keep the wig bright and soft we suggest you to apply after the shampoo a conditioner specific for synthetic fibre on the lengths (you find it on our website laikly.com at the section "Accessories").
> Wet the wig delicately with COLD water, fixing it to a polystyrene head or holding it with a hand within the cap, using a shower head if available.
> Apply a quantity of conditioner proportional to the length on wet hair
> Massage and brush with a large-tooth comb gently for a few minutes.  
> After that rinse the wig well with COLD water without wring out.
> Wrap the wig in a soft towel and dab delicately in order to remove water in excess without rub it.
> Catch the wig with a hand from the nape back side and with the other hand from the front side, and shake it head down lightly to give volume.
> Let the wig dry at the air at room-temperature: if you wash it in the evening, you will find it dry the morning after. We suggest you to put the wig on a holder that can be disassembled in order to permit a perfect aeration and drying (you can find it in our website in the section "Accessories").
> Only when the wig is completely dry, you can brush it VERY gently with the fingers or with a tail comb to give the desired style desired.
It is absolutely FORBIDDEN to brush the wig until it is not completely dry. IT IS FORBIDDEN to use hair-drier, hair straightener and any other tool that employ heat. DON'T bring the wig nearer to any source of heat or hot object. The worst enemy of synthetic fibre is strong heat! DON'T do any hair dye, highlights, permanent or any other treatment. DON'T use hair spray, hair gel, oil, hair mousse or any other hair product because you risk to damage the fibre. DON'T sleep wearing the wig: we suggest you to use instead seamless cap or turban to have maximum comfort and protect your head from cold (you can find them in the section "Headwear" in our website).

If the wig is realised with HUMAN hair please proceed to wash it as follows:
> Before you wash the wig, brush it with a large-tooth comb with gentleness.
> Wet the wig delicately with TEPID water, fixing it to a polystyrene head or holding it with a hand within the cap, using a shower head if available.
> Apply a neutral shampoo and brush delicately, WITHOUT TANGLE THE HAIR.   
> After that rinse the wig well with TEPID water without wring out, continuing brush it with a large-tooth comb.
> Repeat washing and rinsing a second time proceeding as above described.
To keep the wig bright and soft we suggest you to apply a gentle hair conditioner for treated hair on the lengths, continuing brush hair delicately (you find it on our website laikly.com at the section "Accessories").
> Let the conditioner act for 5/6 minutes.
> After that rinse the wig well with TEPID water without wring out, continuing brush the wig.
> Wrap it in a soft towel and dab gently in order to remove water in excess without rub.
> Concerning wig's drying you can proceed in two ways: let the wig dry at the air at room-temperature leaning it on a holder that can be disassembled or on a polystyrene head, or you can dry it with hair-drier giving to the wig the desired style (you find it on our website laikly.com at the section "Accessories").
DON'T use the hair-drier with the maximum temperature and DON'T keep it too close to the internal cap because you risk to sear it and avoid compromising the gloss and the softness of the hair. We advice you against using hair straightener, curling irons, hot rollers or any other instrument which use heat as elevated temperature risks to compromise hair quality. If you use rollers you can employ hood dryer with medium temperature.  
Brush the wig with a large-tooth comb always with maximum gentleness, to avoid to slacken hair knot. You can use hair products in minimum quantity. In any case we advice against applying hair spray or hair mousse or other products that contain gas, alcohol or other aggressive ingredients. DON'T sleep wearing the wig: we suggest you to use instead seamless cap or turban to have maximum comfort and protect your head from cold (you can find them in the section "Headwear" in our website).

• DO WIGS HAVE A "NATURAL" EFFECT ? PEOPLE WILL REALIZE THAT I AM WEARING A WIG ?

All wigs showed in our website, both synthetic fibre wigs than human hair wigs, are realize with excellent quality materials that guarantee the similarity with real human hair to the touch and to the sight, colours are studied recreating those present in nature: to maintain an effect as much as possible natural, the colours are never uniform and different shades are mixed. According to each single model of wig, different lots of synthetic fibre or human hair are used. Colours and cuts available are fashionable, in line with latest hairstyling trends with a special care to classic styles. In addition there are many synthetic fibre wigs ready-to-wear with highlights and roots effects. Human hair wigs moreover can be personalised to create the effect that you desire.

• DO EXIST WIGS WITH HIGHLIGHT EFFECTS?

There are many models of synthetic fibre wigs ready-to-wear with highlights and roots effects available in fashionable colours. All these effects and the style must be created instead in human hair wigs. We suggest you to consult your trusted hairstylist and value together which are best colours and effects to create on your human hair wig.

• CAN I DRY MY WIG WITH HAIRDRYER ?

If you have a synthetic fibre wig ABSOLUTELY NOT !
Hairdryer can be used to dry ONLY HUMAN HAIR wigs, be careful not use it at the maximum temperature not to ruin hair and be careful not keep it near to the cap not to sear it. Every source of strong heat - for example hairdryer, hair straightener, oven heat, heater, radiator, halogen lamp and any other source of heat - damages synthetic fibre!

• CAN I CHANGE THE STYLE OF MY WIG ?

Yes, if it is a HUMAN hair wig! To proceed with washing and style we ask you to follow the instructions contained in the file of the product you chose in "Care and maintenance" section. If you decide to buy  a HUMAN HAIR wig you can personalize it: practically you can create the cut and the style that you prefer.
To create the cut of a HUMAN HAIR wig, first you have to wet it with water and then proceed to cut.
If you have a synthetic hair wig, the cut and the style are predefined and it is not advisable to modify them.

• CAN I USE USUAL HAIR PRODUCTS ON MY WIG (FOR EXAMPLE GEL, OIL, HAIR SPRAY, HAIR MOUSSE) ?

I can do it only if I have a human hair wig: you can apply a small quantity of oil or gel. We advise against using hair spray, hair mousse or other products that contain gas or alcohol or any other aggressive element because you risk to damage the hair.
If you have a synthetic hair wig, we absolutely advise you against using of any kind of hair product because you risk to ruin the fibre: after washing, the wig will get back styled no need to use any product. Anyway we suggest you to see the "Accessories" section on our website to find the suitable product for care and maintenance of your wig. • HOW CAN I MAINTAIN MY WIG ALWAYS BEAUTIFUL, SOFT AND BRIGHT AS BRAND-NEW ?

In the "Accessories" section and in the page of every item, there are all specific products for care and maintenance of synthetic hair and human hair wigs. In addition in "Care and maintenance" section in the file of every product, you can find all recommendations about washing and drying.

If you have bought a human hair wig and these are medium/long, we suggest you to apply a gentle conditioner for treated hair to maintain softness and shine of the hair. You can use the hairdryer (don't use it at the maximum temperature) and also you can brush the wig with a large-tooth comb always with maximum care and gentleness. Use of hair straightener, curling irons, hot rollers or any other instrument that uses heat is not recommended as elevated temperature risks to compromise hair quality. You can use hair products in small quantity. In any case we advise you against apply hair spray or hair mousse or any other product that contains gas or alcohol or any other aggressive element.

If you have bought a synthetic hair wig it is absolutely forbidden the use and the exposure to any source of strong heat (for example hairdryer, hair straightener, oven heat, heater, radiator, halogen lamp). It is a good rule to reduce to the minimum the use of the comb, as the wig will get back styled by itself no need to do or apply anything (you just have to shake it head down lightly holding it with a hand on the front side and with the other hand on the nape side).

• CAN I CHANGE THE COLOUR OF MY WIG ?

It is possible ONLY if the wig is a HUMAN hair wig! Synthetic hair wigs CAN NOT BE DYED as synthetic fibre does not absorbs the pigmentation.
We always suggest you to consult your trusted hairstylist before you proceed with hair dye to have some recommendations!
During the phases of realisation of the wig, different lots of human hair are employed mixed between them: they are subject to important chemical treatments for their cleaning, hygiene and colouring.
For that reason when we proceed with a "re-colouring" in respect to the original colour, it may happens that some hair dye in a different way not much uniform: this is wanted and contributes to maintain an effect as much as possible natural if we are doing a tone on tone colouring, whereas this can result not so much appreciated if we are doing a colouring that is totally different from the one of the wig.                
We must point out that it is not possible to discolour hair: we suggest you, in case, to do a tone on tone colouring or anyway a darker colouring if hair have lost its original shade after several washings.   
It is always a good rule to try first the colouring on a small hair lock in the back side of the wig, in order to realize before the effect and to understand if the final result of the colouring is really what you desire to obtain.
All these suggestions are some tricks to follow in order to maintain your wig perfect, soft and shine as brand-new and to maintain the hair in excellent condition!
