Right of withdrawal

Consumer purchases online are governed by Articles 52 onwards of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code). You may notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of delivery. For goods ordered together and delivered separately, the period starts when the last item is received.

Send a clear statement to info@parrucchegiselamayer.com or to MeM Group S.r.l.S., Via Veneto 2, 31057 Silea (TV), Italy, identifying the order, products and your contact details. You may optionally use the return request form. An email does not need to be followed by a registered letter. Keep evidence of sending your notice before the deadline.

Returning goods

Send the goods back within 14 calendar days of notifying us of withdrawal. You pay the direct return shipping costs; we charge no withdrawal penalties or restocking fees. Pack the goods securely with accessories and documentation. We recommend tracked shipping and keeping the dispatch receipt.

Product condition and seals

You may inspect and try the goods as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are liable only for diminished value caused by additional handling, within statutory limits. Missing original packaging or an identification tag does not by itself automatically remove your right of withdrawal. Please retain the packaging, accessories and identification band where possible.

The exceptions in Article 59 apply only where their actual requirements are met, for example goods made to specification or clearly personalised, and sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery. An ordinary identification tag is not automatically a hygiene seal. Any applicable exclusion must be disclosed before purchase.

Refunds

We refund without undue delay, within 14 calendar days of your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you. The refund includes standard delivery; any additional cost of a more expensive delivery option you selected is excluded. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, unless we offered to collect them ourselves.

Your statutory rights and free remedies for defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected. We do not offer an additional change-of-mind exchange service: you may withdraw and place a new order if you wish. More favourable terms already agreed for existing orders and all mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
